Day 1 Starbase

Day one of Starbase included a team building activity called 'Stepping Stones', students working in planet teams to develop a restraint system for 'Eggbert', a chemistry lesson wherein students built molecules, and a visit to the computer lab to learn about CAD and finally to play with the flight simulator. Students worked very well together and were generally 'jazzed' about S.T.E.M.
