Geology Trip to Lessor's Quarry

'We had a chilly but great trip to Lessor's Quarry today. The experience was perfect for connecting all of our in-class learning to the real-world setting at Lessor's. Rock of Ages

OWe had a great day visiting a Vermont landmark, Rock of Ages. Students had a guided tour of the quarry and then saw a video of the history of Rock of Ages, toured the factory and then students were able to take a rock from the scrap pile. Thank you David Butler, Carol Sullivan, Daphne Tanis,
