Designing Protective Devices

In science this week, students worked in small groups to design protective devices to minimize the force of a collision between football players, therefore reducing possible concussions. The egg inside of the device represented the players head. Students tested their designs today with balls of varying masses and dropping balls of different masses from different heights.
